A Step-By-Step Guide To Finding Tenants
1 Intro Call
We start with a quick 15-minute call to understand your goals, timeline, and ideal tenant profile. We’ll also review your property, discuss pricing strategy, and set clear expectations for the process ahead.
2Property Preparation
Once the paperwork is complete, I’ll coordinate a visit to your property to install a lockbox and capture high-quality photos and video. Together, we’ll ensure your property is positioned to stand out in the market.
3Marketing & Showings
Your property is launched on MLS and strategically marketed across multiple platforms. I coordinate all showings, manage agent inquiries, and gather feedback — making adjustments as needed to maximize interest and results.
4 Tenant Screening
As applications come in, I’ll guide you through a thorough review process. This includes assessing credit, income, employment, and rental history to ensure you’re selecting a reliable, qualified tenant. Meet-and-greet calls can also be arranged if desired.
5Offer & Lease Finalization
Once you’ve selected the right tenant, I’ll handle the paperwork — ensuring all terms, conditions, and legal requirements are clearly outlined. The tenant’s deposit is then secured to finalize the agreement.
6 Move-In Coordination
To ensure a smooth transition, I’ll provide both you and the tenant with clear next steps, including insurance, utilities, and building registration. I’ll also coordinate with my admin team to facilitate the deposit and finalize everything seamlessly.
